The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has notified an amendment to the composition of the Central Supervisory Board (CSB) established under the Pre-conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (PC & PNDT Act).
The notification dated November 20, 2025, substitutes the entry against serial number 20 under the heading “Appointed under clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 7”.
New Member Appointment
The following substitution has been made to the membership of the Central Supervisory Board:
