The State Government of Rajasthan vide its notification dated 4th August 2020, has extended the due date for submission of quarterly returns in FORM VAT-10, for the fourth quarter of the year 2019-2020, which is the quarter ending on March 31, 2020, till 30th September, 2020.
The quarterly return shall be furnished by the class of dealers covered under Rule 19(5) of Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006 which specifies the returns submitted by the dealer having more than one place of business.
