The State Government of West Bengal vide its notification dated 17th June 2020 has extended the due date for filing annual return under West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Rules, 1979.
The last date of filing the Annual return in Form-III electronically has been extended from the earlier date of 30th June 2020 to 30th September 2020 and the last date for furnishing the return in paper form is extended till 7th October 2020.
