The Central board of Indirect Taxes, vide Notification dated 21st August 2019, has extended the due date of filing of Form GSTR-3B electronically for the month of July 2019, from 20th August 2019 to 22nd August 2019.
Further, every registered person whose principle place of business is in the flood-affected districts, mentioned in the Table given in the notification and Registered Persons from State of Jammu and Kashmir can electronically furnish the Form GSTR-3B through the common portal on or before 20th September 2019.
