Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has notified vide notification dated 7th March, 2019, that FORM GSTR-3B shall be furnished electronically from April, 2019 to June, 2019.
The decision is taken on the recommendations of GST Council. FORM GSTR-3B shall be furnished electronically through the common portal, on or before the twentieth day of the month succeeding month. Every registered person furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B, shall discharge the liability towards tax, interest, penalty, fees or any other amount payable by debiting the electronic cash ledger or electronic credit ledger, as the case may be, not later than twentieth day of the month succeeding month.
