Gujarat Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control (Revival of Operation and Amendment) Bill, 2024

The Government of Gujarat on 16th February, 2024 issued a Bill on the Gujarat Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control (Revival of Operation and Amendment) Bill, 2024, It signifies significant implications for rental property management and hospitality establishments across Gujarat.
