The State Government of Jharkhand on 9th June 2021 has published the “Jharkhand Liquor Storage and Wholesale Sale Rules, 2021. Any person company/registered partnership firm can be eligible for the license for wholesale of liquor.
Rule 3 of Jharkhand Liquor Storage and Wholesale Sale Rules, 2021 determines the location and number of wholesalers license in which at least one license for sale liquor will be granted in each district and the warehouse to store the liquors shall have adequate capacity.
The Applicant desirous of seeking a wholesale license, shall submit the written application in the prescribed form along with addresse copy, aadhar card, pan card, bank details etc.
