The Saral Sanchar Portal, for Unified License (‘UL’) and OSP registrations, launched on 15th November, 2018, has become completely online and functional. Earlier registration of OSP and UL were granted through www.dotosp.gov.in portal, and those registrations been migrated to the new portal.
The Saral Sanchar Portal comes with a User Manual section for ease of old applicants to track their applications, and also for new users who opt for OSP or UL registration.
All the stakeholders are requested to use the following instructions to access the new portal:
1. One-time user registration has to be completed on Saral Sanchar Portal to create Login or password.
2. Applicant will be able to see the Registration details or data of all old registrations in new portal at www.saralsanchar.gov.in by creating Log-in ID in the portal.
3. After login, applicant may be able to locate its migrated registrations under the tab “OSP Migration Application”.
4. Applicants have to follow the procedure to actually migrate the old registrations to Saral Sanchar portal without paying any processing fees
5. Respective DoT Nodal officers of LSAs will process your application and then migrated application will be seen under exixting migration tab on portal with migrated status.
6. Application may raise the help ticket after login.
