The State Government of Maharashtra vide its notification dated 4th February 2020 has published Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments (Amendment) Rules, 2021 to further amend the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Rules, 1975.
Through this amended, Form IIIB has been substituted which specifies the electronic return under the Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings, and Employment Act, 1975 and this new return shall be in force from 1st April 2021.
