The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) vide Circular dated 30th January, 2020 has notified that the New format for fling eform AOC-4 NBFC( Ind AS) and eform AOC-4 NBFC ( Ind AS) is likely to be released on 31st January 2020 and 17th February 2020 respectively. MCA introduced the forms vide the Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2020.
Since the issue of new format is pending, the last dates for filing the Above-said forms by NBFCs for the Financial Year 2018-19, without payment of additional fee is extended till March 2020. The filing shall be done in the new format to be released.
