The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has issued a notification amending the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003, to designate a new entry point for regulated imports.
The amendment, titled the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Tenth Amendment) Order, 2025, comes into force immediately upon its publication on October 9, 2025.
The Order adds the following new entry point to Schedule II of the 2003 Plant Quarantine Order:
