The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a notice extending the last date for uploading the details of the students enrolled for the 1st year MBBS degree for the academic year 2022-2023. The new extended deadline is now fixed as 10th January, 2023 (midnight).
It may be recalled that the NMC has previously, by its notification dated 22nd December, 2022, directed all medical colleges to fill up online details of students enrolled for the 1st year MBBS degree for 2022-23. The deadline for completion of this data upload had been fixed as 31st December, 2022.
However, the NMC had noticed that the complete data had not been uploaded by the cut-off date by the medical colleges. As a result, NMC was facing difficulties in monitoring the online data of the students. Hence the NMC has decided to extend the deadline till 10th January, 2023.
