The National Medical Commission on 10th August 2022, has decided to re-open the module for entry of MBBS admission details. All college authorities who are yet to submit the details are therefore requested to do so positively by 12noon on Friday, 12th August 2022. If any college fails to submit this information within the notified time, action on such colleges will be taken.
In order to effectively monitor that all admissions made in courses of medicine are in conformity with the requirement of regulations, an online monitoring system has been launched by the commission. This initiative is made with the objective of ensuring faithful adherence to the norms of admission laid down in Regulations as also to further promote transparency and accountability in the medical education.
NMC in its earlier notification, directed the college authorities to fill details of all students admitted in MBBS course during academic year 2021-22 into “UG Admission Monitoring Module”students entry system on NMC website by 5th August 2022 which has now been extended till 12th August 2022,.
