The National Medical Commission (NMC), through its Ethics and Medical Registration Board (EMRB), has decided to grant an additional opportunity for candidates to apply online for the Eligibility Certificate. This decision follows representations from some applicants who were unable to submit their applications by the previous September 30, 2025, deadline due to technical issues.
Keeping in view the career prospects of the affected applicants, the EMRB has set new dates for submission via the NMC website.

The applications must be submitted through the designated online portal on the NMC’s website. After the final deadline of October 24, 2025, the portal will be closed, and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
Important Advice to Candidates
The EMRB advised candidates to submit their applications as early as possible and not wait for the last date. Given that the issuance of the Eligibility Certificate involves multiple checks to ascertain eligibility, applicants must fill the form scrupulously to avoid deficiencies that could result in unnecessary delays. Candidates are also advised to regularly monitor their email IDs and the online portal for updates.
