The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has issued an addendum, dated November 4, 2025, to its previous orders (No. 1486(E) dated March 27, 2025, and No. 3976(E) dated August 29, 2025) concerning the ceiling price fixation of scheduled intravenous (I.V.) fluid packs (specifically non-Glass with special features).
This addendum includes two new manufacturers in Table ‘B’ of the original orders and specifies which drug formulations from Table ‘A’ are covered for each.
Additions to Table ‘B’
The following manufacturers have been added to Table ‘B’, which lists companies whose IV fluid packs are subject to the special ceiling price:

Specific Price Applicability
New clauses specify which I.V. fluid formulations (referenced by their Sl. No. in the original Table ‘A’, which is not provided in this document) are covered for the added manufacturers:
- M/s IV Tech Healthcare (Sl. No. 12): Only the prices of the formulations specified at Sl. No. 1, 2, and 4 of the original Table ‘A’ are applicable.
- M/s Life Infusion Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (Sl. No. 13): Only the prices of the formulations specified at Sl. No. 1, 2, 4, and 6 of the original Table ‘A’ are applicable.
This update ensures that the specified IV fluid products from M/s IV Tech Healthcare and M/s Life Infusion Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. are covered under the previously set ceiling prices for scheduled formulations.
