The National Stock Exchange of India vide circular dated July 08, 2022 has declared release of New Digital Portal for filing of following information as per SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:

• Related Party Transactions – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange > Compliance >
Financial Results > Related Party Transactions)
• Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report – XBRL submission (Digital Exchange
Further, a demo shall also be organized to demonstrate the method of filing aforementioned disclosures in the Digital Portal, the details for which shall be shared separately.
National Stock Exchange of India vide Circular dated July 15, 2022 has also provided extension in filing of the information required Regulation 46 & 62 of Listing Regulations in NEAPS (NSE Electronic Application Processing System) till August 31, 2022.
