The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has published a Circular giving notice of 1 individual and 2 organisations, which have been declared as ‘Terrorist and Terrorist Organisations’. The Circular was issued on 24th February, 2023.
The organisations, namely Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) and Jammu and Kashmir Ghaznavi Force (JKGF) have been declared as Terrorist Organisations under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
Similarly, the individual namely, Harwinder Singh Sandhu, aka Rinda has been declared as a Terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
All of the above declarations were issued on 17th February, 2023.
