The Central Government vide notification dated 21st November, 2022 has issued the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Seventh Amendment) Order, 2022. Fresh fruits imported for consumption shall be free from following:

(c) Byturus tomentosus (Raspberry beetle)
(d) Carposina sasakii (Peach fruit moth)
(e) Chaetocnema confinis (Flea beetle)
(f) Grapholita inopinata(Manchurian fruit moth)
(g) Grapholita molesta (Oriental fruit moth)
(h) Harmonia axyridis (Harlequin ladybird)
(i) Hoplocampa (Apple saw fly)
(j) Pandemis heparana (Apple brown totrix)
(k) Peridroma saucia (Pearly underwing moth)
(l) Pseudococcus comstocki (Comstock mealybug)
