The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its circular dated 23rd June 2020 has extended the temporary relaxation granted in processing of documents pertaining to Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs).
SEBI has earlier granted the above relaxation vide its circular dated 30th March 2020 which where applicable till 30th June 2020 and in view of the prevailing situation due to COVID-19 pandemic and representations received from various stakeholders, it has been decided that the temporary relaxations shall be extended to 31st August 2020.
