SEBI vide circular dated April 24, 2024, in order to promote ease of doing business has removed the requirement to publish text on Contract Note with respect to Fit and Proper status of shareholders. In lieu of text only a reference of the applicable regulation with regard to fit and proper status of shareholders needs to be made part of the contract note.
