Standard Operating Procedure for Special Economic Zone units to apply for Work From Home Option

The Department of Commerce vide circular dated 12 August 2022 has issued Standard Operating Procedure for Special Economic Zone units to apply for Work From Home Option. The Application shall contain following details:

1. Date of application
2. Total No. of employees
3. Employees that are given work from home
4. Details of such employees
5. Duration of work from home
6. An undertaking that the unit shall take attendance

The application shall be further accompanied by an excel sheet explaining the designation, duration of work from home, assets assigned to and SEZ Unit ID card no. of all the employees availing work from home.
