The NSE has published a circular on the submission of half yearly Networth Certificate as on 31st March, 2023. This circular was published on 6th April, 2023.
It may be recalled that Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on 31st March, 2023, were required to be submitted by 30th April, 2023, for Members offering Margin Trading Facility (MTF). Similarly, they were required to be submitted by 31st May, 2023, for other Members. These had to be submitted electronically through ENIT in both cases.
All Members should strictly adhere to the above timelines. There will be no additional time provided for submission of the Networth Certificate.
Furthermore, in case of any shortfall in Networth as on 31st March March, 2023, Members should submit a revised Networth Certificate as on a subsequent date meeting the minimum required Networth along with the original Networth certificate as on 31st March, 2023.
In case of non-submission of Networth certificate within the due date or in case of any shortfall, non-
submission of a revised Networth certificate along with the original Networth certificate as on 31st March, 2023, disciplinary actions shall be initiated by the Exchange.
Moreover, Members are advised to note that the link for submitting the Networth will be made available on ENIT COMPLIANCE NEW from 7th April, 2023, onwards. The User Manual for the same has also been provided.
