The Commissioner of labour, Telangana, for implementation of Ease of Doing Business Scheme, has proposed that registration under Telengana Shops and Establishment Act will be granted within one day from the date of application.
Further, the Government of Telangana has exempted all shops and establishments from renewing their existing registration certificates. However, an annual fee shall be paid by the employer for extension of validity of the certificate for 1 year, by 1st December, every year.
