As a measure of improving Ease of doing business in the State, the Telengana Drug Control Administration has strictly enforced online processing of application process concerning Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances (‘N.D.P.S.’) By way of its order dated 17 January 2019 O.O.No. 01/Peshi/2019, it has stated that manual submission of applications for grant of licenses, additional products, and certificates will not be accepted from 21 January 2019.
The Drug Controller has also instructed its directors and officers to not insist on manual submission of applications before or after issuance of licenses or certificates.
