The Andhra Pradesh Government on 08.12.2020 has introduced a scheme of Certification /Third Party Certification under all the Labor Laws in the State. The empaneled third party agencies with prescribed qualifications shall conduct labor law audit and certification. The government shall set up a standing committee to evaluate the performance of the third party agencies. The audit report/ certification granted by third party agencies shall qualify as preliminary compliance of inspection procedure.
