The Ministry of Finance in its Notification dated 18th December 2019, has published the Income Tax (15th Amendment) Rules, 2019 to further amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962. This Notification shall come into effect from December 18, 2019.
The Amendment is brought under Income act rules 1962, in appendix II, the FORM No. 10DA related to “report for claiming deduction in respect of employment of new employees” has been substituted.
