Commissioner of State Tax-Maharashtra has issued a Trade Circular on 24th February 2020 that notified the last date for physical submission of Audit Report in Form 704 for the financial year 2018-19 as 28th February 2020.
The dealers shall submit the following documents to the concerned Nodal Officers after uploading their audit report.
1.The Statement of submission of Audit Report in the prescribed format. The Statement of submission should be duly certified with signature, stamp, seal of the dealer with date and
2.The copy of Acknowledgement generated after uploading of Audit Report in Form-704, duly certified with signature, stamp, seal of the dealer and Auditor, with date.
The last date for submission of above documents is 9th March 2020.
