The office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trademarks notifies the deadline for acceptance of Form 22

The Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and trademarks has issued a public notice to all candidates that have successfully cleared the Patent Agent Examination 2022. The notice states that the last date to file form 22 and to comply with any further requirements is 31^st January, 2023. This public notice was issued on 3^rd January 2023.

Any form 22 or related documents submitted after 31^st January 2023 will not be accepted. The procedure for the Patent Agent Examination will be treated as closed beyond 31^st January, 2023.
