The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a Public Notice dated 3 December 2025, regarding the updated list of remaining applications from Private Medical Colleges for PG (Broad Specialties) for the Academic Year 2025–26.
The Medical Assessment and Rating Board (MARB) has concurrently issued a Public Notice confirming an additional list of approved new and increase in intake of PG seats for Broad Specialties (BS) for the Academic Year 2025-26, which is attached for the information of all stakeholders.
Key Information for Stakeholders
- The updated list reflects recent changes in PG seats for Broad Specialties.
- LOPs (Letters of Permission) for the newly sanctioned/increased PG seats are in the process of being issued.
- The counseling authorities need not wait for the LOPs from the institutions to include these seats in the counseling process. The list uploaded on the website shall be considered as the valid document for the counseling process.
- All Medical Institutions, Parents, Students participating in NEET-PG 2025 (BS), and other stakeholders are requested to take note of this information.
