Employees State Insurance Corporation vide notification dated 25.07.2023 has issued Vivad Se Vishwas I- relief for MSME Scheme. The relief under this scheme include refund of Liquidated Damage (LD) imposed for delay in supply of goods/service and refund of Performance Security/Bid Security (Earnest Money Deposit) forfeited for failure in supply of goods/service during the COVID period.
All the field units of ESIC are requested to monitor their GeM IDs for any pending claims under Vivad se Vishwas I- Relief for MSMEs Scheme and settle them as per the Scheme and send monthly report to Head quarters Office by 10th of following month starting from July 23.
