The Securities and Exchange Board of India in its notification dated 23rd September 2019 has published the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2019. Provisions related to Migration of companies listed on the innovators growth platform to the main board, eligibility criteria etc. has been inserted in the regulations.
