Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the last date of filing of DIR-3 KYC by publishing a notice of its official website.
Following notice has been published:
“Please note that the last date for filing DIR-3 KYC for Financial year 2018-19 has been extended till 14th October 2019. Stakeholders may kindly note and plan accordingly.”
The earlier due date was 30th September, 2019. The extension has been provided as various issues were being faced in the filing of the Form on MCA.
