Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has extended the filings in respect of Corporate insolvency resolution processes (CIRPs) by a circular dated 30th September, 2019.
The Forms were required to be filed for the purpose of monitoring corporate insolvency resolution processes and performance of insolvency professionals under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The filings were required to be done in respect of Corporate insolvency resolution processes (CIRPs) conducted by Insolvency professionals, which were due on or before 15th September, 2019.
The filings were required to be done before 30th September, 2019 as per Circular No. IBBI/CIRP/023/2019 dated 14th August, 2019. The extension has been provided till 15th October, 2019.
The extension has been provided as Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) sought time for another 15 days to ensure filings.
