FSSAI Issues direction regarding the display of date of manufacturing and best before date on non-packaged sweets from 1st June
Food business operators dealing in sweets to display the date of manufacturing and best before date of the products. The direction shall be effective from 1st June 2020.
EPFO to conduct inquiries through e-court software
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation in its circular dated 17th February 2020 has informed that the EPFO e-court system shall be linked with the EPFO unified portal within next 2-3 months.The EPFO e-court management service was launched in May, 2017 conceptualizing paperless quasi-judicial proceedings in EPFO and to bring transparency and e-monitor Cases under Section 7A, 7B, 7C, 7Q, 14B.
Rajasthan Pollution Control Board issues timeline and processing fee for authorization of hazardous waste
The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board vide its Notification dated 18th February, 2020, has imposed processing fee for applications for authorization/one time authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes [Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
Ministry of Environment proposes to amend the provision relating to scoping under Environmental Impact Assessment
The Ministry of Environment , Forest and Climate Change vide its notification dated 17th February 2020 has notified the amendment to the process of scoping under Environmental Impact Assessment. A timely process is established for scoping.
