The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board vide its Notification dated 18th February, 2020, has imposed processing fee for applications for authorization/one time authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes [Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
The Application fee for authorization of generation, collection, storage, packaging, transportation, use, treatment, processing, recycling recovery, pre-processing, co-processing utilization, sale or inclusion of additional waste shall be between Rs.5000/- . One time authorization for import and export fee shall be Rs.20,000/-.
Further the Application for authorization shall be made at least 120 days before the commissioning of plant or before expiry of the validity, failing which an additional fee of 25% shall be levied.
