The Madhya Pradesh Government vide notification dated 17 November, 2020 has relaxed certain requirements under the Madhya Pradesh Shop and Establishment Act, 1958 for registered shops and establishments. The registered shops and establishments are exempted from the requirement under Section 13 which provides that weekly holiday shall be provided to every employee mandatorily.
This update follows a series of circulars issued between July and September 2025, aimed at ensuring that all investor-facing digital platforms across India’s securities market
