The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board through circular dated 24.03.2021 has provided that every manufacturer shall obtain necessary permission from the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health in order to get consent to establish/operate/renewal. This circular shall come into force immediately and shall be enforced strictly.
