The Governor of Bihar through notification dated 9th June, 2021 has exempted the Canteen Stores Defence Regimental Units for the bonafide use of all Defense Personnel including ex-servicemen of Jharkhand State from the levy of Tax payable under the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 Act.
