Relaxations for GST related filings for registered entities in the state of Manipur

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes vide notification dated August 25, 2023 has issued following relaxations for GST related filings for registered entities in the state of Manipur:

  1. The due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-1 for April, May, June and July, 2023 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the State of Manipur is extended till twenty-fifth day of August, 2023.
  2. The due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B for April, May, June and July , 2023 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the State of Manipur is extended till twenty-fifth day of August, 2023.
  3. The due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B for quarter ending June, 2023 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the State of Manipur is extended till twenty-fifth day of August, 2023.
  4. The due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-7 for April, May, June and July, 2023 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the State of Manipur is extended till twenty-fifthday of August, 2023.

These notifications shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 31st day of July, 2023.
