BSE vide notice dates 09 February 2024 has issued clarification regarding Intimation of credit of Dividend into attached bank accounts of notified parties under Special Court (TORTS) Act 1992. It is clarified that whenever online dividend payment is credited into bank account of notified parties, intimation thereof is invariably sent to Custodian’s office without fail for further necessary action.
