The circular states that the portal will be open from 3rd April, 2023 to 9th April, 2023. The circular also states that PERC can be paid through multiple payment gateways including BillDesk and SBI. However, security deposit is not currently available.

Telangana guidelines and conditions for commercial establishments and businesses to operate 24/7
A Government Order (GO) was issued which stated that the government of Telangana is granting exemption from Section 7 of the Telangana Shops Establishment Act 1988, which deals with opening and closing hours, subject to certain conditions.

Revisions to New Domestic Gas Pricing Guidelines, 2014
Domestic Natural Gas Price (APM price) shall be 10% of the Indian Crude Basket Price as defined by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) from time to time. The APM prices would be declared on monthly basis by PPAC on the last day of the current month.

CDSCO updates its approved FDC List
It may be recalled that on 5th February, 2023, the CDSCO had issued a list of FDCs for obtaining manufacturing licenses directly from the State Licensing Authorities. The CDSCO has observed certain typographical errors in that list. Hence, the CDSCO has issued an updated list of FDCs.

Participation in such prohibited schemes is at investors own risk, cost and consequences as such schemes are neither approved nor endorsed by the Exchange.
Clarification regarding Usage of brand name/trade name by Investment Advisers (IA) and Research Analysts (RA)
investment advisers and research analysts may use the brand name/trade name/logo subject to SEBI directions. SEBI logo shall not be used by IA/RA.
Customs (Waiver of Interest) Order, 2023
CBIC has waived the whole of interest payable on failure to pay import duty within the specified time in terms of sub-section (2) of section 47 of the Customs Act, 1962. This waiver will apply for the period from 1st April, 2023 up to and including the 10th April, 2023.
