National Rail and Transportation Institute declared as a deemed University under UGC Act
The amendment provides that the National Rail and Transportation Institute, Vadodara, Gujarat, declared as a deemed to be University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, shall be established as a body corporate under this Act by the name Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya.
Income-tax (25th Amendment) Rules, 2022
. The amendment has revised Form No. 10 to be filed by fund /institution / trust / any university / other educational institution /any hospital / other medical institution/association to avail income tax exemption under Section 10 of Income Tax Act.
