The Governor of Bihar vide notification dated 27th February 2023 has issued the Bihar State Institute of Mental Health and Allied Sciences (Amendment) Rules, 2023. The amendment provides that the State Institute of Mental Health and Allied Sciences shall be an autonomous institution.
