MCA has issued Companies (Incorporation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2019 on 25th April, 2019, by which date of filing e-Form ACTIVE has been extended till 15th of June, 2019.
Required amendments in Rule 25A in sub-rule (l), third proviso to sub-rule (1) and in sub-rule (2) has been made. Prior to this amendment, every company incorporated on or before 31st December, 2017 was required to file the particulars of the company and its registered office, in e-Form ACTIVE on or before 25th April, 2019.
No fee is applicable for filing e-Form ACTIVE under Rule 25A of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 till 15 June 2019. After 15th of June, 2019, the form can be filed with fee of Rs. 10, 000.
