Delhi Development extends the applicability of use conversion charges for Mixed Use/Commercial Use of Premises and Shop-cumresidence plots/Complexes

The Delhi Development Authority vide circular dated 8th March, 2022 has extended the applicability of use conversion charges for Mixed Use/Commercial Use of Premises and Shop-cumresidence plots/Complexes later designated as LSCs. The existing rates to be applied for fixation of use conversion charges for Mixed Use/Commercial Use of Premises and Shop-cum-residence plots/Complexes later designated as LSCs and rates for use conversion charges for shop-cum-residence plots/complexes/shop plots later designated as LSCs stands further extended till 30.06.2022.
