The Delhi Labour Welfare Board on 1st July 2022, has notified a new portal (https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/index.php), for providing services including registration of establishment, Amendment/update of the employer’s establishment including details of number of employees, deposit/submission of contributions from employers and employees, closure of employer establishment and entry/uploading details of employees employed by employer contributing under the Delhi labour welfare board.
All the above service is hosted on the URL https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/ for taking contribution from employer/employee with effect from 1st July 2022. Therefore all employers/establishment covered under the Bombay labour welfare fund act, 1953 as extended to UT of Delhi are directed to henceforth utilize the above services.
