The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways vide notification dated 29th September, 2022 has issued the draft Central Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2022. Every diesel driven agricultural tractor manufactured on and from the date of 1st January, 2023 shall comply with Limit Values for Type Approval (TA) and Conformity of Production provided under Rule 115A of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
