National Medical Commission vide circular dated 27.02.2023 has sought comments of the stakeholders on the proposed draft regulations related to National Medical Commission (Establishment of Medical Colleges and Medical institutions. The draft regulations provides that no medical college or medical institution can be established unless it is granted permission by MARB in writing, in response to an application submitted in that regard.
