On 30th April 2019, MCA has issued on its website amendment Rules and notifications regarding the revision in due dates for these much awaited e-forms DPT-3, MSME Form 1 and DIR – 3 KYC. The regulator has also deployed eForm DPT-3 and MSME Form 1 on its portal in the company form downloads section with effect from 01 May 2019.
According to the amendments, the revised due dates for filing of these forms by Companies will be as under:
