The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on June 18, 2019, notifies that the tagging of non-compliant Companies or Directors for not filing e-Form Active (INC-22A) is in progress. In order to facilitate completion of the activity, the e-filing of the form (ACTIVE) has been suspended temporarily and it would be restored soon for filing purposes with fee as provided under the relevant rules once the tagging activity is completed. MCA requests all the stakeholders to kindly take note and plan accordingly.
